Craft Supply Rummage Sale Events

Whether you are a seller, buyer or both!  You don’t want to miss out on this 2 times a year event.  This 4 day sale will have up to 12,000 sq. ft. of every craft & office supply you can think of.  Including scrapbooking, cardmaking, yarn, fabric, sewing, paint, Cricut, jewelry making, wreath making, office supply, party supply, organizing, storage, junk journaling, idea books, kids crafts, cross stitch and a variety of so much more!!

What To Expect For Shopping: Doors will open on Thursday at 4pm with a $2 cash entrance fee required. Bring your own shopping bags to carry and pack in.  We will have a holding area if your hands/bags get too full and you can empty items.  Due to the crazy business of Thursday and Sunday we do not allow strollers or rolling carts/wagons.  We want to make all the aisles clear for shoppers.  You can use wagons/strollers on Friday and Saturday.  All Handicapped walkers/scooters are welcome anytime.  All items will be organized by category: albums together, stamps together etc. 

Here are a few guidelines to help keep the sale running smoothly…

  1. Cash or CC/Debit w/ 4% added.
  2. No strollers or carts allowed on Thursday or Sunday. Bring reusable bags to hold & pack items while you shop.  We will also have a hold area where you can drop items off if your hands get too full.
  3. No Returns/All Sales Final feel free to plug in electronics before you buy.
  4. DO NOT OPEN BAGS or you will be asked to leave.
  5. Out of respect for sellers and buyers NO HOARDING of items and then going back through them and putting half of the items back. We aren’t talking about if you change your mind on an item but it’s piling items up for you to look at later and decide if you want and then putting the majority back.  If we see this you will be asked to leave.
  6. Items are priced what they are and will be half price on Sunday Noon-4pm unless marked FIRM.
  7. If you want a receipt feel free to take a picture of it before you leave.  No receipts will be given.

Friday hours are 9am-7pm and Saturday 9am-5pm (no entrance fee required and you are welcome to bring strollers and carts.  These two days are less crowded and you will have more space to shop.  But don’t miss Sunday Noon-4pm because it’s so worth coming back for.  All items left that are not marked FIRM will be 50% off!

Do you have items you want to sell?  Whether you have a box or a truck load sign up to sell and earn cash!!

Register now to sell your items.  You mark your items with your selling number (will receive within 48 hrs after registration) and what price you want and bring items in to us.  Commission rates are 80/20 with you keeping 80% of what sold.  You can come back and pick up your unsold items or we will donate for you.  A non refundable or transferable $10 registration fee is required to sign up to sell.  ** ITEMS WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING: Xyron Machines that are bigger than 510 6″, Cricut Design Studio Software & Cricut Gypsy Machines.  Rules and guideline sheet below that you must follow to participate and watch our How To video below on how to mark your items and will have some great tips.  Register below to participate in our Fall 2026 Sale. You must print off and fill out the Seller’s Information Sheet below and bring it with you at drop off.  **Make sure you read and follow the rules/guideline sheet before you begin marking your items.  **All items brought in that do not meet our criteria will be automatically donated.

 

Drop Off Dates, Times & Reminders: *Please fill out and bring in the Seller’s Information Sheet (below) with you.  *If you are coming to The Craft Retreat and bringing items to drop off please leave them in your vehicle until you leave on Sunday.  All items brought in must stay inside a box or bag, no dumping items out and taking the container home please.  If you are bringing a huge amount of items (trailer full, more than 20 big boxes etc.) please do not bring on Saturday of The Craft Retreat as we will only have 1 trailer to use to hold items.  If these dates/times don’t work for you please contact us to see if we can arrange a different date/time. 

Saturday, October 24th Noon-6pm. **If bringing items in this day THEY MUST BE BROUGHT IN CLOSED STACKABLE BOXES; you will be loading them inside a trailer so no open boxes or bags of items.  Boxes do not need to be tapped shut just be able to close them so you can stack them.  DO NOT write your seller # or name on boxes.     

Sunday, October 25th 2:00-4:00pm; Monday, October 26th 8:00am-4:00pm; Tuesday, October 27th 8:00am-4:00pm; Wednesday, October 28th 8:00am-5:00pm **If bringing items these days they do not need to be in stackable boxes.  You can bring items in unclosed boxes or bags.  DO NOT write your seller # or name on boxes.  All items brought in must be inside something.  No bringing items in and dumping them out.

Pick Up Dates: if you are picking up your unsold items these are the dates/times.  All items not picked up by Saturday will be donated.  Pick Up Dates: Wednesday, November 11th 8am-5:30pm; or Saturday, November 14th 9am-11am.  

Donation Pick Out Date: we offer any non profit groups to come in and pick out a box of left over craft supplies from the sale.  This is for 4H groups, nursing homes, schools, churches etc. that could benefit from such donations.  Please come to pick out a box on Saturday, November 14th 11:00am-Noon.
